Communication and Sciences and Disorders major...  returning for her second track and field season, Guilfoil competed for the Golden Flyers' cross country team in 2018 and finished 28th in the Empire 8 Conference meet at Alfred on 10/27/18 with a 6k time of 28:25.8... best time of 25:01.9 came at Rowan on 10/13/18.

2017-18: competed in just one indoor track meet and ran 13:16.58 in the 3,000-meter run at the Highlander Invitational at Houghton on 1/19/18... named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above... in cross country, Guilfoil competed regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2017... finished 27th at the Empire 8 Conference meet with a 6-kilometer time of 26:56.2... also ran 25:52.3 to finish in 179th place at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet... named as Nazareth's representative on the E8 Sportswoman of the Year team...

Scholastic: a graduate of Queensbury High School, Guilfoil ran three varsity seasons of cross country there ... helped team to four straight Foothills Council titles, three Section Two titles and one state championship (2013)... served as cross country team captain in 2016... recipient of U.S. Marine Corp award... also competed in nordic skiing and track and field.
