Psychology major with concentration in Inclusive Education... born 04/01/90... daughter of Robert and Ann Gillette, Syracuse, N.Y... returning for her fourth season as one of Nazareth's top runners, Gillette raced in all eight of the team's meets in 2010... placed fifth (16:30—4 km) at the Nazareth Invitational, 54th (19:53—5 km) at the NYSCTC meet, 21st (19:28—5 km) at the Empire 8 Invitational, and 103rd (24:52—6 km) at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals... competed on both the indoor and outdoor track and field teams and finished sixth in the 5,000-meter run (20:34.17) at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships...
2009: finished 104th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet (24:47.9), 23rd at the Empire 8 Championship meet (20:03), and 53rd at the NYSCTC women's cross country championships (20:51.19) ...

Scholastic: a graduate of Henninger High School, Gillette ran cross country for three seasons... named team MVP and earned second-team Onondaga League all-star honors... Gillette was also team captain... member of the National Honor Society.
