Nazareth College Athletics

Physical Therapy major... daughter of Anthony and Christine Glaser, Huntington, N.Y... returning for fourth cross country season, Glaser placed 98th at the 6-K Pre-Nationals Invitational (26:11.82), 13th at the Nazareth Short Course Invitational (16:41), 81st at the Saratoga 5-K Invitational (19:51), and 54th at the 5-K NYSCTC championship meet (21:25). . . also competed on the Golden Flyers' track and field teams and set the school record in the 800-meter run (2:17.69) and was a member of the distance medley relay team that set the school record (12:46.49) during the indoor season. . . 2007-08: Glaser continued to improve and became one of Nazareth's top runners. . . Glaser provisionally qualified for the NCAA Tracj and Field Championship meet after she finished first in the 800-meter run at the NYSCTC Championships in 2:14.99. . . broke the indoor school record in the 800-meter run at Harvard with a time of 2:18.76. . . placed seventh and third respectively in the 800-meter run at the ECAC Championships during the indoor and outdoor track seasons in addition to claiming first place in the event at a number of meets during the seasons. . . earned first-team Empire 8 all-star honors for the indoor and outdoor 800-meter run and second-team honors in the indoor 400-meter dash. . .  2006-07: Glaser placed fourth and broke the school record in the 400-meter sprint (1:02.07), finished second and broke the school record in the 500-meter sprint (1:21.13), and placed second in the 800-meter run (2:20.82) at the NYSCTC Championships and received second-team all-conference honors…a member of the school-record 4x200-meter, 4x400-meter, and distance medley relays during the indoor season…received second-team all-conference honors in the 4x400 and distance medley relays and was recognized as Nazareth’s track and field Sportswomen of the Year. . . 2005-06: earned team MVP honors during the indoor season after setting a school record in the 500-meter run with a seventh-place finish at the ECAC Championships at Ursinus. . . Scholastic: a graduate of Huntington High School, Glaser was a member of the soccer and track teams there... earned league and county all-star honors in both sports as well as all-county academic honors.
