English Education major. . . daughter of Noel and Sue Ann Wing, Johnstown, N.Y. . . back for her fourth season, Wing played in 15 games for the Golden Flyers in 2008, including 11 as a starter. . . recorded one goal, which was the first of her career, against Hamilton (10/15/08) and one assist against Brockport (8/30/08). . . 2007: Wing played in seven games and recorded an assist in a 4-2 regular-season win over Washington & Jefferson. . . named to the National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. . . 2006: Wing played in eight games and picked up one assist. . . named to the National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. . . Scholastic: a graduate of Johnstown High School, Wing played three seasons of varsity field hockey there. . . selected as a second-team all-star in the Foothills Council. . . helped team to Section Two title in 2003 and sectional finals in '05. . . also competed in cross country skiing and was a member of the track and lacrosse teams. . . helped lacrosse team win Section Two title in 2006.
