Business Administration major. . . daughter of David and Judith Cushman, Rochester, N.Y. . . returning for her fourth season, Cushman played in 20 games, including 18 as a starter in 2007. . . finished third on the team in scoring with 17 points on five goals and a team-best seven assists. . . scored two goals in a 3-0 win over Cortland 9/8/07. . . had two assists each in wins over Elmira 9/22/07 and Kean 10/6/07. . . scored game-winning goal in 1-0 win over RIT 10/23/07. . . earned first-team New York Region all-star honors as well as first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors. . . named to NYSWCAA all-star team. . . 2006: played in 18 games in 2006, including 17 as a starter…Cushman ranked second on the team in scoring with seven goals and one assist…scored one goal in victories against Allegheny, Brockport, and St. John Fisher, and two goals in victories over Hartwick and Alfred…received first-team all-conference honors and second-team all-Northeast Region honors…  named Empire 8 Player of the Week for 10/8/06. . . 2005: had a strong freshman season, appearing in all 21 games, including 19 as a starter. . . finished second on the team in scoring with 24 points on 11 goals and two assists. . . earned second-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors and was named to the NYSWCAA all-star team. . . scored two goals in Nazareth’s 4-3 win over St. John Fisher in the first round of the Empire 8 Conference Tournament 11/2/05. . . also scored twice in a 3-0 win over RIT 9/28/05. . . had a goal in a 3-1 win over Geneseo in the ECAC Upstate Championship game 11/13/05. . . named E8 Player of the Week for the period ending Nov. 6. . . Scholastic: a graduate of Irondequoit High School, Cushman was a standout in soccer, earning first-team Monroe County League all-star honors and first team all-Greater Rochester three times each. . . also earned all-state honors in 2003 and 2004 and was the leading scorer in Monroe County three years in a row. . . also excelled in volleyball, leading the team in kills twice and earning Monroe County League all-star honors in 2004 and 2005.
