Biography

Biology major. . . son of Joseph and Delia Tychostup, Mayfield, N.Y. . . back for his fourth season, Tychostup appeared in all 19 games in 2007, including 12 as a starter and contributed two assists. . . Scholastic: a graduate of Mayfield Central, Tychostup was a standout in soccer and swimming. . . was a first-team Western Athletic Conference all-star in 2003 and 2004 and helped team to four straight league titles. . . compiled eight goals and 17 assists in ’04 to lead team to Section Two Class C title and the semifinals of the state tournament. . . played club soccer for the Clifton Park Premier team and the Fulton United Soccer Club. . . competed in swimming for the Gloversville/Mayfield Sea Dragons and qualified for the state meet in the 100-yard backstroke. . . twice earned first-team Foothills Council all-star honors.
