Biography

Psychology major... born 4/6/94... daughter of Alan and Dawn McKay, Rochester, N.Y... returning for her fourth season at Nazareth, McKay remained one of the Golden Flyers top defenders in 2015, starting in all 16 games... contributed on defense by causing nine turnovers... collected 20 ground balls, ranking fifth best on the team... won 10 draw controls.  

2014: McKay continued to be a top defender for the Golden Flyers as she started all 16 games… recorded her first career point with an assist in the Golden Flyers’ win over Houghton (3/28/14)… ranked third on the team with 11 caused turnovers and fourth in ground balls collected with 24.

2013: McKay made an immediate impact for the Golden Flyers on defense as she started all 17 games… ranked fourth on the team in ground balls collected and caused turnovers with 27 and 13 respectively… had at least one ground ball in 15 of 17 games.

Scholastic: a graduate of Churchville-Chili High School, McKay was a two-year member of the varsity golf, basketball, and lacrosse teams... was a two-time Monroe County League all-star for lacrosse and competed in Section Five Tournament of Champions for golf two times.
