Business Administration major... born 7/27/94... son of David and Maria Haefele, Greene, Maine... team captain... returning for his fourth season, Haefele provided offensively for Nazareth in all 20 starts of 2015 ... finished with 47 goals, 31 assists, and 43 ground balls - all which ranked second on the team ... notched 11 extra-man goals and 12 caused turnovers ... earned honorable mention All-American honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association and for the third consecutive year first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors... registered a career-high 10 points on six goals and four assists against Utica on 4/1/15 ... also tallied six goals and added two assists against Alfred on 3/25/15 ... recorded at least one point in all but one game.

2014: Haefele appeared in all 18 games and totaled 57 points with a team-best 38 goals... also ranked second on the team with 41 ground balls and had 11 caused turnovers... led team with nine extra-man goals... earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors... had a season-best five goals with one assist in a 17-11 win at Elmira on 3/29/14... had seven points on three goals, four assists in a 14-11 win over Bowdoin on 3/12/14... had six points (two goals, four assists) in a 16-11 win over Hamilton on 3/5/14... had four goals each in wins over Hartwick (4/5/14) and Houghton (4/22/14)... recipient of team's Block N Award.

2013: enjoyed a spectacular first season for the Golden Flyers as he finished second on the team in scoring with 74 points on 48 goals and 26 assists... also finished second on the team with 54 ground balls and had a team-best 13 man-up goals... earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors... scored four goals in a game six times and had a career-best eight points on four goals and four assists in a 25-4 rout of Castleton State in the NCAA Playoffs on 5/8/13... also scored four times in wins over Roger Williams (3/15/13), Ithaca (4/5/13), Hartwick (4/13/13), Stevens (4/20/13) and Elmria (4/27/13)... named E8 Player of the Week for 4/22/13... co-recipient (with Luke Wooters) of team's Offensive MVP award.

Scholastic: a graduate of St. Dominic Regional High in Maine... played soccer, hockey and lacrosse there... named as a two-time scholastic All-American as an attackman by U.S. Lacrosse after amassing 161 career goals... also a two-time all-state selection... earned all-conference honors in soccer and helped team to state title in 2010.
