Occupational Therapy major. . . born 12/12/94… daughter of Paul and Maria Barden, Fairport, N.Y… returning for her fourth season, Barden started all 18 games as a junior on defense … anchored a defense that posted a 0.58 goals-against average with 11 shutouts … registered 10 shots on the year.
2014: Barden appeared in 20 games for the Golden Flyers in 2014, including nine as a starting defender.
2013: Barden started all 20 games for the Golden Flyers as a defender...delivered her first career goal in a 6-0 victory over Alfred on 9/21/13.
Scholastic: a graduate of Fairport High School, Barden played four seasons of soccer there… earned first-team Monroe County League all-star honors in 2011 and 2012 while serving as team captain… named honorable mention All-Greater Rochester in 2011… helped team to a pair of league titles… three-time recipient of NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete award for soccer and two times for track… earned numerous academic awards, including Perinton Volunteer Ambulance Corps Scholarship and Fairport High PTSA Scholarship… member of National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society.
