Communication Sciences and Disorders major... born 10/24/90... daughter of Bob and Sue Belding, Rochester, N.Y... Belding graduated in 2013, but returns as a graduate student with one season of eligibility remaining… she last played in 2012 and contributed one goal and three assists in 18 starts… lone goal came in a 1-1 tie at St. John Fisher on 9/11/12… earned second-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors.

2011: played in all 18 games, including 17 as a starter… contributed nine points on three goals and three assists… scored game-winning goals in 1-0 victories over St. John Fisher (10/18/11) and Skidmore (10/29/11) with the Skidmore tally coming in overtime… earned second-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors.

2010: appeared in five games for Nazareth, including three as a starter... missed last 13 games due to injuries... scored the game-winning goal in the Golden Flyers’ 2-1 victory over Brockport (9/11/10).

2009: played in all 19 of the Golden Flyers’ games, including 15 as a starter... finished third on the team with eight points on three goals and two assists... recorded first career point with an assist in Nazareth’s 3-0 victory over St. John Fisher... recorded her second assist of the season in the Golden Flyers’ 2-1 win over St. Lawrence (10/3/09)... scored her first career goal, a game-winner, against Elmira (10/11/09)... also scored the game-winning goal in the Golden Flyers’ 1-0 win over RIT (10/21/09) and Nazareth’s lone goal in its 2-1 loss to Geneseo (10/27/09).

Scholastic: a graduate of Gates Chili High School, Belding was a four-year member of the varsity soccer team and a two-year member of the varsity lacrosse team... earned first-team Monroe County League all-star honors in 2008 and was a second-team All-Greater Rochester choice in 2007 and 2008... team captain and team MVP... received the Gates Chili Teacher Association Scholarship and Wegmans Scholarship... a member of National Honor Society and was a high honor roll student.
