Occupational Therapy major… born 7/20/96… daughter of Rick and Julie Barnholt, Johnstown, N.Y… returning for her second season with the Golden Flyers, Barnholt made an immediate impact during her freshman season as she played in all 19 of the Golden Flyers’ games, including 18 as a starter… finished the season with one goal and three assists… tallied at least one point in three consecutive games against Wells (9/10/14), Houghton (9/13/14), and Morrisville (9/14/14)… recorded first career point with an assist on Maggie Namy’s game-winning goal against Wells and scored her first career goal against Houghton… Barnholt’s assist against Morrisville helped lift Nazareth to the 6-2 win... she added her third assist of the season in the Golden Flyers’ 5-0 victory over Hartwick (10/25/14)... named to the National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

Scholastic: a graduate of Johnstown High School, Barnholt excelled in field hockey and basketball there… a two-time first-team all-star selection in the Foothills Council and an all-state selection in 2013… helped field hockey team to Section Two Class B title in 2011 and runner-up finish in 2012… played three seasons of basketball and was the recipient of the Coaches Award for 2013-14… recipient of several awards and scholarships, including William A. Wright Scholarship, Kurt Kaiser Scholarship and President’s Education Award.
