Physical Therapy major... son of Louis and Susan Gambeski, St. James, N.Y... returning for his fourth season, Gambeski was fourth on the Golden Flyers' team with 193 kills... he added 16 aces and 50 blocks to Nazareth's attack. . . had a career-high 16 kills vs. Villa Julie on 3/24/07. . . 2006: appeared in 72 games and posted 116 kills for a hitting percentage of .291. . . ranked third on the team with 55 blocks. . . named to all-tournament team for Endicott Tournament. . . had 14 kills and 10 blocks  vs. Medaille 3/5/06. . . 2005: appeared in 78 games and had 123 kills and was second on the team in blocks with 50... had 11 kills in a match twice — 2/8/05 vs. D’Youville and 3/19/05 vs. Emmanuel... Scholastic: a graduate of Smithtown High School, Gambeski was a standout in volleyball and basketball there... led volleyball team to Section 11 title and 19-0 record... was co-captain of the basketball team and earned all-league honors... averaged 14 points per game and led team with 45 three-point baskets as a senior in 2003-04... recipient of Gold Key Award for participation in multiple athletic and leadership activities.
