Biology major... born 7/8/92...daughter of Jim and Kathy Czelusniak, Malta, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Czelusniak, played in 13 games in 2012… converted a penalty kick following a 1-1 tie against Stevens on 11/3/12 to enable the Golden Flyers to advance to the Empire 8 Conference championship game… played for the Golden Flyers’ golf team last spring and had a team-best scoring average of 94.63 for eight rounds…
2011: played in all 18 games with five starts… had a team-best four assists, including two in a 2-0 win at Utica on 10/09/11… played for the Golden Flyers’ golf team in 2011…
2010: played in all 20 of Nazareth’s games... finished with three goals and one assist... recorded her first career goal against Brockport (9/11/10)... scored Nazareth’s lone goal against Hamilton (9/18/11) and added an insurance goal against Hartwick (10/16/10)...
Scholastic: a graduate of Ballston Spa High School, Czelusniak played three seasons of varsity soccer there... earned Suburban Council honorable mention honors in 2009 and second-team accolades in 2008.
