Communication and Rhetoric major. . . born 08/26/90. . . daughter of Kevin and Liz Morrissey, Windosr, N.Y. . . returning for her fourth track and field season, Morrissey competed during the indoor season and was part of a school record in the 4 x 400-meter relay (4:08.70) that finished third at the NYSCTC Championships at Ithaca on 2/23/13... also posted personal-best times in the 400-meter dash (1:04.57), the 500-meter dash (1:22.92) and the 60-meter hurdles (:10.15)...
2012: Morrissey finished fifth in 2012 in the 400-meter hurdles (1:10.90) at the Empire 8 Confernce Outdoor meet... finished seventh in the same event (1:08.40) at the NYSCTC Outdoor meet... also earned all-conference honors as part of Nazareth's winning 4 x 400-meter relay that finished first at the E8 meet with a time of 4:11.90... finished fourth in the 4 x 100-meter relay at the E8 meet... competed for the Golden Flyers' JV soccer team.
Scholastic: a graduate of Windosr High School, Morrissey was a member of the soccer, basketball and track teams there. . . placed first in the Section Four Class B pentathlon in 2009.
