Business Administration major. . . born 9/16/89...daughter of John and Anita Amidon, Marcellus, N.Y. . . returning for her fourth season, Amidon played in all 16 games in 2010 and had 18 points on 11 goals and seven assists...also had 18 ground balls, 17 draw controls and 12 caused turnovers...had three two-goal games -- at Rensselaer on 3/21/10, vs. Hartwick on 4/16/10 and against Ithaca on 4/24/10...
2009: played in 15 games and contributed 10 points on seven goals and three assists. . . had three points on two goals and one assist in a victory over Elmira 4/10/09. . . also scored twice in a non-conference win over Wooster 3/28/09. . . 2008: appeared in each of Nazareth’s 15 games. . . scored her first career goal against Elmira (4/5/08) and finished with two assists, 12 draw controls, six ground balls, and three caused turnovers. . .
Scholastic: a graduate of Onondaga High School, Amidon was a midfielder on the varsity lacrosse team for three seasons and received first-team, second-team, and honorable mention all-star honors. . . also competed in soccer and basketball . . . also earned second-team, first-team, and honorable mention honors in soccer and honorable mention in basketball . . . in addition to her athletic success, Amidon was class secretary, and a member of the Athletic and Spanish clubs. . . brother Chad was a member of Nazareth’s men’s lacrosse team (2004-07) and honored as a first-team All-American and picked by the Rochester Rattlers in the MLL draft in 2007.
