Psychology major. . . born 09/22/89. . . daughter of Peter and Mary Olijnyk, Webster, N.Y. . . returning for her second season, Olijnyk had a productive 2010 season for the Golden Flyers as she finished third on the team in scoring with 35 points on 30 goals and five assists...had a career-best six goals in a 12-11 loss at RIT on 3/30/10...had five points on four goals and one assist in a win over Hartwick on 4/16/10...earned second-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors...recognized by Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association on the 2010 Academic Honor Roll...
at MCC: a graduate of Webster Thomas, Olijnyk is a transfer to Nazareth from Monroe Community College. . . was a standout player at MCC, helping the Tribunes to the national title game in 2009. . . twice earned junior college All-American and all-region honors. . . completed her career as MCC's all-time leading scorer. . . recipient of the 2009 Chancellor's Scholar-Athlete award (recognizing academic and athletic achievement) after compiling a 3.97 GPA at MCC. . .
