Information Technology major... born 4/20/91... son of Doug and JoAnn Mowery, Phelps, N.Y... returning for his fourth season, Mowery has been a fixture as the Golden Flyers' libero... appeared in all 36 matches in 2012 and a team-high 130 sets... led the team with 260 digs (2.00 per set)... produced double digit dig totals in nine matches, including a season-high of 16 vs. MIT on 1/28/12... had 15 digs at Thiel on 2/4/12 and vs. Vassar on 2/11/12...

2011: Mowery was a steady player for the Golden Flyers in 2011 as he appeared in 32 matches and a team-high 119 sets... led team with 246 digs (2.07 per set)... produced double digit dig totals 10 times, twice reaching a season high of 14 -- vs. Stevens on 2/5/11 and vs. New Paltz on 3/27/11... had 10 digs each in Molten Tournament matches vs. Carthage and Springfield... named to all-tournament team for Golden Flyer Invitational...

2010: played in all 35 matches and a team-high 124 sets... led team with 312 digs (2.52 per set)... posted double figure dig totals in 16 matches with a career-high of 17 in a four-set loss at Carthage on 3/20/10... was a second-team NECVA West all-star selection...

Scholastic: a graduate of Midlakes High School, Mowery played four seasons of varsity volleyball for Nazareth assistant coach Kyle Salisbury... helped team to three Finger Lakes League titles and Section Five titles in 2006 and 2007... earned first-team Finger Lakes all-star honors in '07 and '08 and named to All-Greater Rochester team twice by the Democrat and Chronicle... named to Section Five Class B all-tournament team in 2007... competed on gold-medal winning team in 2008 Empire State Games.
