Physical Therapy major... born 8/7/90... daughter of Russell and Darlene Palmer, Queensbury, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Palmer has been a steady contributor for the Golden Flyers... competed at the UNYSCSA/Empire 8 Conference meet and finished ninth in the 200-yard breaststroke, 12th in the 400-yard IM and 13th in the 100-yard breaststroke...
2009-10: Palmer helped Nazareth in the breaststrokewith top times of 1:11.69 in the 100 breast and 2:32.04 in the 200 breast... also posted a time of 4:53.48 in the 400 IM... finished 10th in the 200 breast, ninth in the 400 IM and 10th in the 100 breast at the Empire 8 Conference meet...
2008-09: finished 12th in the 400 IM, 11th in the 100 breast and eighth in the 200 breat at the Empire 8 Conference meet...
Scholastic: a graduate of Queensbury High School, Palmer was a four-year member of the swimming team... earned team MVP honors and was the recipient of the Bob Jones Award... placed in the top five at the sectional championships in the 100- and 500-yard freestyle events and has placed in the top-16 at the State Championships in the 200-yard and 500-yard freestyle, 200-yard IM, and 100-yard breaststroke since 2005.
