Nazareth College Athletics

Marketing major . . . born 10/27/91 . . . son of Doug and Lynn Fedrizzi, Syracuse, N.Y. . . returning for his fourth season, Fedrizzi ran in seven of Nazareth’s eight meets during the 2012 season… placed 19th in 27:48 at the Empire 8 8-kilometer meet at Saratoga… Fedrizzi also finished 63rd (27:59) and 143rd overall (27:51) at the 8-kilometer NYSCTC meet at Fairport and the NCAA Atlantic Regionals meet at Genesee Valley, respectively… also a member of the track and field teams at Nazareth, Fedrizzi placed 8th in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:22.43 at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships…placed 5th in the 1-mile run with a time of 4:36.24 at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships…

2011: ran regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2011… finished 16th overall in 27:20 over 8-kilometers at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Saratoga… finished in 125th place at the NCAA Atlantic Regional in Canton… 

2010: competed in the Golden Flyers’ first two meets and finished 38th (23:20 over 6.4 km) in his first collegiate meet at Colgate on 9/4/10, then 25th (20:58 over 6 km) at the Hamilton Invitational on 9/11/10...

Scholastic: a graduate of Solvay High School, Fedrizzi was a member of the varsity cross country, indoor track and outdoor track teams for four years… three-time recipient of cross country team MVP honors (2007, 2008 and 2009)… outdoor track MVP in 2009 and 2010...  earned Onondaga League all-star for cross country in 2008… Fedrizzi also team the league and sectional titles in 2006-2009 for indoor track.
