Business Administration  major with Anthropology minor. . . born 6/16/89. . . son of Kevin and Cecilia McLean, Bayport, N.Y. . . returning for his fourth season, McLean was productive in 2010 by appearing in 15 games and contributing 10 goals and one assist...won a team-high 118 face-offs in 212 attempts (.557) and finished second on the team with 62 ground balls...scored a career-high five goals in a 19-9 victory over Hartwick on 4/10/10...won 18 of 28 face-offs against Western New England on 3/20/10, 16 of 22 vs. Utica on 4/7/10, 11 of 17 vs. Hartwick on 4/10/10 and 10 of 16 vs. Ithaca on 4/17/10...
2009: played in 11 games. . . went 72 for 114 on face-offs for a team-best percentage of .632. . . had 40 ground balls. . . missed seven games due to injury, returning in time to compete in NCAA Tournament game at St. Lawrence. . .  won 11 of 18 draws in season-opening win at Springfield 3/1/09. . . also won 15 of 17 draws in home win over Utica 4/1/09. . .
2008: appeared in 15 games in 2008 and was valuable as a face-off specialist as he won 44 of 94 draws (46.8 percent). . . went 6 for 7 in a win over Elmira 3/15/08 and 13 for 22 in a loss at Utica 3/26/08.. . also had 20 ground balls. . . 
Scholastic: a graduate of Bayport Blue Point High School, McLean competed on the varsity lacrosse team for three seaons and was named to the New York State scholar-athlete team in 2005 and 2006.
