Helped Nazareth win the 2022 Empire 8 title in cross country as he placed 16th at the conference meet at Houghton (26:58.6) to earn third-team all-conference honors
Top times in 6k (22:03.4) and 5k (17:53.6).

HIGH SCHOOL

Graduate of Tully Junior-Senior High School
Competed in cross country and outdoor track
Earned all-state honors in cross country for 2021 as well as all-Central New York as team captured four straight OHSL Patriot League titles
Recipient of 2021 Hillenbrand Award for cross country
Ran 1600m and 3200m races in track and helped team Section Three and state titles in 2021
Also won Presidents' Academic Award for 2021 and 2022 and the Class of 1972 Award for 2022
