ROCHESTER, NY (

Cash Rosado scored a buzzer-beater with 0.1 seconds remaining on the clock to give Nazareth the 2-1 win over Hartwick at Golden Flyer Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Nazareth improves to 3-1 overall and picks up its first Empire 8 victory, moving to 1-0 in conference play.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Golden Flyers came out with a purpose to begin the contest. Tyler Warmington had a great chance from the right side of the box just six minutes in, but the Hartwick goalkeeper made an amazing save to keep it scoreless early.
- Nazareth continued to stay on the attack as later in the first half Mason Stanco's shot from just inside the box was stopped. Cash Rosado had a follow-up opportunity that missed wide of the left post.
- With just under four minutes to play in the first half, a corner kick from Alexander Kobayashi found Samuel Burton, who got a head on it but just missed as well.
- Despite good looks from the Golden Flyers, the game stayed scoreless through the first 45 minutes. Nazareth held the shot advantage 9-4.
- The second half began very physically as multiple fouls were called on both teams in the first 15 minutes.
- Hartwick got the goal-scoring started in the 68th minute when a beautiful shot from just outside the box curved and hit the left post, bouncing in to give Hartwick a 1-0 lead.
- The lead wouldn't last long at all as just 17 seconds later Mason Stanco juked out a defender in the middle of the box and buried one with the left foot to tie the game 1-1.
- With just 0.1 seconds remaining in the game, Mason Stanco chipped a pass over two defenders, finding a sliding Cash Rosado, who shot it over the goalkeeper's arm, just barely beating the clock to give Nazareth the win.
