Women’s Track and Field Earns 14 USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region Honors

ROCHESTER, NY (nazathletics.com) - On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released the All-Region honorees for the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field season.

The top-8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. On the women's side, 14 Nazareth Track & Field athletes were recognized for this honorary award, highlighting a strong indoor campaign for the Golden Flyers across sprint, relay, hurdle, vault, and multi-event disciplines.

Nazareth's 4x400 meter relay of Alexis Lasher, Amber Hayes, Mariah LeGrow, and Samantha Luba earned All-Region recognition after running 3:56.83, a time that ranks No. 1 all-time in Nazareth indoor program history. The quartet set the program record at The Armory on March 6, delivering one of the fastest relay performances in the region this season and helping lead Nazareth's sprint group throughout the indoor campaign.

The Golden Flyers also earned All-Region honors in the Distance Medley Relay with Kelsey Fahy, Abigail Bowman, Ava Baker and Ella Impaglia representing Nazareth. The group recorded a time of 12:16.96, which currently stands as the No. 1 performance in Nazareth indoor history, also set at The Armory on March 6.

Luba delivered one of the most versatile seasons for Nazareth, earning All-Region recognition in both the 60-meter hurdles and the pentathlon. Luba currently holds the No. 1 mark in Nazareth indoor history in the 60-meter hurdles, running 8.90 seconds, and also ranks No. 1 all-time in the pentathlon with 3,470 points.

In the sprints, senior Alaina Morley earned All-Region honors in the 60 meter dash after running 7.74 seconds, which stands as the No. 1 performance in Nazareth indoor program history.

Nazareth also had a dominant showing in the pole vault, where Isabel Morse, Kiara Tornusciolo, and Rosie Morse each earned All-Region recognition. Isabel Morse leads the Nazareth indoor record book with a No. 1 mark of 3.91m (12'10"), while Tornusciolo ranks second at 3.82m (12'6.25") and Rosie Morse sits fourth with a clearance of 3.62m (11'10.5").
