Boston, MA- Nazareth University Women's Rowing competed at the Head of the Charles, the world's largest rowing event, on Sunday.

How it happened:

• Racing in Women's Collegiate 4+ was C: Abigail Engler, 4: Morgan Springer, 3: Mary Thornburg, 2: Madelyn Collier, 1: Allison O'Hanlon.
• At total of 40 teams competed in the Women's 4+, including Carleton University, Lafayette College, Florida Institute of Technology, Clemson University, Texas Crew, William Smith College, Amherst College, Thomas Jefferson University, Bowdoin College, Northwestern University, Gordon  College, University of Rochester, Georgia Institute of Technology, Mount Holyoke College, University of Chicago, Rochester Institute of Technology, Tulane University, Bates College, Williams College, Trinity College, University of Rhode Island, Grand Valley State University, Wesleyan University, University of Pittsburgh, Illinois Rowing Association, Simmons College, Marietta College, Assumption University, University of California- Santa Barbara, University of New Hampshire, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Amherst College, Michigan State University, Middlebury College, St. John Fisher College, and Milwaukee School of Engineering.
• The Women's 4+ placed 31st with a time of 21:03.73.
