AMHERST, NY – Eleven different goal scorers found the back of the net, including freshman Brooke Judkiewicz netting a hat trick. Brooke Terry and Ivey Lyden each finished with two goals and one assist.
 
Alexis Scherzer got her first collegiate start, making eight saves to earn the shutout.
 
Nazareth is now 12-5-1 overall, while Hilbert, in its first season of play, is 0-16.
 
Nazareth scored two goals in the first period, six in the second and seven in the third.
 
Other goal scorers included Amy Laskowski, Alexis Jones, Maggie Jacoby, Corsica Skibinski, Lindsay Moses, Sydney Gurlea, Abby Flanagan, and Sofia Pittis.
 
Moses' goal was the first of her career, while Jacoby and Gurlea's goals was their first of the season.
 
Allie Zack had four assists, while fellow defenseman Ave Meteyer had two.
 
Nazareth returns to action on Saturday, hosting Hilbert at 2 p.m.
