ROCHESTER, NY – The Nazareth women's golf team fell to Geneseo with a score of 2-1 in a best-ball match play event.
Kayla Ringler and
Bethany Wineburg had the Golden Flyers' lone win at Locust Hill Country Club.
Sabrina Schultz and
Grace Colangelo lost their match down four, 4&3.
Ava Malvaso and
Kara Kopyt lost their match in the same fashion, down four, 4&3.
Ringler and Wineburg won their match one up, Wineburg securing the victory with a bogey five on the 18
th hole.
The Golden Flyers will tee-off at the Locust Hill Country Club again on September 13
th for the Empire 8 Fall Classic.
