ROCHESTER, NY – Junior Ella Impaglia (15:45.7) and sophomore Kelsey Fahy (16:05.8) each ran personal bests over 4k, as the Golden Flyers finished fifth out of nine teams at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite on Friday night. 

Geneseo took first with 41 points, followed by RIT (57), St. John Fisher (90), Cortland (120), and Nazareth (124). Rochester (152), William Smith (197), Alfred State (211) and Alfred (237) rounded out the scoring.
 
Impaglia's time of 15:45.7 earned her fifth place and was over :30 seconds faster than her previous best time.

Fahy's time was over :20 seconds faster than her previous best, earning the sophomore eighth place.
 
The next finisher for Nazareth was Bailey Visingard (16:56.6) for 34th place and Paige Ackley (17:37.1) in 56thplace.
 
Freshman Emily Perham was the last finisher for the Golden Flyers in 62nd place (17:49.1).
 
Nazareth returns to action on September 14 for the Hamilton short course invitational.
