ROCHESTER, NY – On October, 21, 2019 the Golisano Training Center was officially opened at Nazareth University. The grand opening represented a partnership between Nazareth, Special Olympics New York, and the Golisano Foundation. The three organizations partnered to create the first of its kind collaboration of inclusion, fitness, and wellness for athletes of all abilities. 

Nazareth first broke ground on the 108,000-square-foot training center in June 2018.

The Golisano Foundation gave Nazareth $7.5 million for the development of the $23.8 million training center, which is the largest gift in the history of Nazareth.

Nazareth is excited to host the 2025 Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Golisano Training Center.
