Top 100 Moment: March 11, 1994 - Kim Schneider Wins the 100-yard Butterfly at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships

ROCHESTER, NY - A decorated swimmer for Nazareth, Kim Schneider's career culminated with winning the 100-yard butterfly at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships on March 11, 1994. Schneider clocked a 56.74 to earn her sixth All-American honor. 

During the same national meet where she won the 100-yard butterfly, Schneider finished third in the 100-yard freestyle in a school record time of 51.64 and she finished sixth in the 50-yard freestyle (24.07).

In total, Schneider earned All-American honors twice each in the 100-yard butterfly, the 50-yard freestyle, and the 100-yard freestyle.
