REXFORD, N.Y. -- Nazareth's women's golf team executed a third-place finish at the two-day, 36-hole Northeast Women's Golf Conference Tournament at The Edison Club.
Junior
Danielle Caringi finished in 11th place individually to pace the Golden Flyers, who had a two-day stroke score of 754, just three strokes behind runner-up Suffolk in the 10-team event. Cortland had the top five individual finishers to easily capture the team title with a score of 648. Husson (768), Utica (854), Keuka (1100) and Westfield State (1121) were among the other competitors. Manhattanville, Russell Sage and St. John Fisher also had players competing.
Caringi's second-round score of 90 included a string of five straight pars on the front nine. Sophomore
Kayla Ringler was Nazareth's next best finisher with scores of 97 and 90 and a 187 total to finish 13th. Her Sunday round included four pars.

Holly Ebert and senior
Olivia Minor finished in a tie for 14th place with total scores of 192. Ebert had scores of 97 and 95; Minor had Nazareth's low score of the weekend with an 89 on Saturday, featuring six pars. She had 103 on Sunday.
