Game 1: Cortland 6, Nazareth 0

Leading 1-0 in the fifth inning, Cortland launched a two-run homer to extend its lead to 3-0.

Nazareth, which had seven hits in the game, was most dangerous in the sixth inning.  Sarah Papponetti, Maureen Rogers and Stephanie Mongelli all singled in the inning to load the bases, yet the Golden Flyers failed to string together any runs.

Cortland took advantage of the missed opportunity, scoring three runs of its own in the bottom half to round out the scoring for the game at 6-0.
