• A defensive standout for the Nazareth lacrosse team, Riley helped the Golden Flyers to three NCAA Tournament berths in his four seasons as he was repeatedly called upon to shut down opposing teams’ top midfielders
• Served as team captain and earned All-American honors in 1992 when Nazareth finished 14-1 and captured its first NCAA championship
• Earned All-American honors and Empire Lacrosse League all-star honors in 1991 as Nazareth finished 12-2 and reached the semifinals of the NCAA Tournament
• Helped Nazareth to a four-year cumulative record of 48-13, which included an ECAC Upstate title in 1990
• Recipient of team’s Block N award in 1992 as a testament to his physical, hard-nosed playing style
