• As women’s basketball coach at Nazareth for 14 seasons, Decillis enjoyed unparalleled success in compiling a record of 246-123
• Guided the Golden Flyers to 10 post-season tournament appearances, including six trips to the NCAA Division III Tournament
• Coached the Golden Flyers to ECAC Upstate titles in 1985 and 1987
• Decillis was at the Nazareth helm during the most successful three-year stretch in the program’s history when the Golden Flyers compiled a record of 70-17 from 1987 through 1990 and competed in the NCAA Tournament all three years
• Named Rochester Area College Coach of the Year in 1995-96 after leading Nazareth to a record of 23-5, the Golden Flyers’ first (and only) NYSWCAA title and a berth in the NCAA Tournament
• Decillis also coached Nazareth’s softball team to a record of 50-20 over six seasons from 1986-1991. He left Nazareth in 1998 and coached basketball at Division I Canisius College for five seasons
