* A four-year women’s lacrosse standout, Lorra Podsiadlo ranks among Nazareth’s all-time leaders in several statistical categories
* Amassed 189 career points on 133 goals and 56 assists over four seasons
* A three-time first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star and the E8 Rookie of the Year in 2000
* Named to the NYSWCAA all-star team in 2002 and 2003
* Helped Nazareth to Empire 8 Conference titles and NCAA Tournament berths in 2000 and
2002 and ECAC Tournament berths in 2001 and 2003
* Served as team captain in 2003 and helped Nazareth to a four-year mark of 50-23
