• A 1987 graduate, O’Leary was a four-year standout as a midfielder in the early years of the Nazareth women’s soccer program
• Served as team captain in 1985 and 1986 and was the recipient of the team’s Defensive MVP award for four straight seasons
• Helped Nazareth to a four-year record of 46-20-5 and three straight state tournament appearances
• Named to the Adidas Academic All-America team in 1985
• Helped Nazareth to a 14-4-1 record (including a 13-game winning streak) and a ranking as high as 14th nationally in 1986
• Was the 1987 female recipient of the Robert A. Kidera Scholar-Athlete award, which recognizes academic and athletic excellence
• A softball standout for Nazareth in 1986 and 1987, O’Leary had batting averages of .333 and .450 respectively as the Golden Flyers had a combined record of 17-4-1
