At the Brockport Golden Eagle Invite this past weekend, Pomykaj broke his own school record in the heptathlon with a score of 4,528. In the heptathlon, he had two PRs with a time of 9.12 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles and a result of 1.79 meters in the high jump.
