In a tight 61-55 win on Tuesday against Houghton, McDowell had a double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds, as well as tacking on three steals, one assist, and one block. In two more conference wins over the weekend, Mcdowell added another 29 points and  12 rebounds. On the week, Mcdowell shot an impressive 60.1% from the field, going 20-33 over the three wins.
