Emily LeFrois-Heath had a strong start to the swimming and diving season on Saturday in a dual meet against Alfred State, winning the 100-meter butterfly with a time of 1:08.12. She also won the 200-meter IM with a time of 2:32.18. Nazareth won the meet 143-92. She also competed at the Cornell Equestrian Show on Sunday, finishing third in the Limit Flat and fourth in the Limit Over Fences.
