Decker ran a personal-best 2:17.96 Sunday to win the 800-meter run for Nazareth at the ROC City Qualifier at Golden Flyer Stadium. She improved upon her previous best time in that event by nearly two seconds and will be among the Nazareth competitors Wednesday and Thursday at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships at Moravian, Pa.
