Pomerleau soared to new heights Sunday as he broke his own school record in the pole vault with a fourth-place finish at Nazareth's ROC City Qualifier at Golden Flyer Stadium. He cleared 4.55 meters (14 feet, 11 inches) to surpass his previous outdoor best by nearly six inches. Pomerleau will be among Nazareth's competitors Wednesday and Thursday at the All-Atlantic Regional Championship meet at Moravian, Pa.
