In her first outdoor meet for the Golden Flyers, Ahlquist set a school record by placing second in the pole vault at the Geneseo Invitational on Saturday. She cleared 3.50 meters (11 feet, 5 3/4 inches) and ranks 21st nationally in that event. She has gone as high as 3.67 meters (12 feet, 0.5 inches) indoors.
