Nelson led the Golden Flyers to a 67-65 non-conference road win vs. Oswego last Tuesday as he connected for a season-high 17 points. Included in that total was a career-best five three-point baskets as Nazareth improved to 5-1 overall in 2021. Nelson nailed all five of his three-pointers in the first half as Nazareth built a 41-33 lead and prevailed by holding off a late rally by the Lakers. The Golden Flyers are off until Dec. 7 when they visit SUNY Poly.
