Welch was among the Golden Flyers' top performers at Saturday's Geneseo Meet. He finished first in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of :22.61. He also posted a top time of :11.46 in the 100-meter dash to finish fifth in that race. Welch will represent the Golden Flyers this Friday and Saturday at the Empire 8 Conference Championship meet at St. John Fisher.
