After being held without a point through the first five games of the season, Val Stralen erupted for seven points on four goals and three assists in weekend road wins at Wilkes (7-0) and King's (10-0). She had two goals and one assist against Wilkes as Nazareth used a 51-6 advantage in shots to win easily. She added two goals and two assists against King's as Nazareth used a 62-7 disparity in shots to claim another easy win. The Golden Flyers bring a 6-1 overall record into weekend home games against Elmira (Friday at 3:30 p.m.) and William Smith (Saturday at 1 p.m.).
