Costa earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors and was named the Rookie of the Year after placing fourth individually at the E8 Tournament at Hershey Country Club. Costa had weekend scores of 74 and 80 to pair with his scores of 78 and 72 last fall in the first two rounds of the tournament at Timber Banks in Baldwinsville. Costa also shot 85 earlier in the week at the Keuka Invitational at Lakeside Country Club in Penn Yan.
