Vinton went 29-for-42 on face-offs (.690) in tough road losses to St. John Fisher and Hartwick last week. He had one goal and one assist against Fisher and won 13 of 22 face-offs with five ground balls. Then against Hartwick, he won 16 of 20 draws and scooped up 11 ground balls. For the season, Vinton has won 141 of 239 face-offs with a 59-percent success rate with a team-best 80 ground balls.
