Vinton, a sophomore face-off specialist, won 27 of 33 draws taken last week as the Golden Flyers went 1-1. He won 10 of 15 face-offs in a 10-6 non-conference loss at Ithaca last Wednesday, then went 17-for-18 in a 16-1 romp over Elmira. In addition, Vinton netted his first career goal against the Soaring Eagles as Nazareth snapped a four-game losing streak with their third win of the season.
