Gillard, a junior outside hitter, totaled 26 kills (2.60 per set) as Nazareth won three matches last week, including a four-set triumph over St. John Fisher in a United Volleyball Conference match. Gillard also amassed 29 digs and seven blocks as Nazareth improved to 13-6 overall. He had eight kills and nine digs in last Wednesday's win over Fisher, then had a .471 hitting percentage (9-1-17) with 10 digs in a three-set sweep of Medaille last Saturday. He capped the weekend off with a .412 hitting percentage (9-2-17) with 11 digs in a three-set sweep of D'Youville.
