Jacob had a huge week for the Golden Flyers, who won three Empire 8 Conference games to move into first place in the E8 standings. He averaged 16 points and 3.3 rebounds while shooting .692 (18-for-26) from the field in wins over Utica, Hartwick and Stevens. He scored 11 points, including some big buckets late in the second half of an 84-76 win at Utica last Tuesday. He followed that with a career-high 20 points with three three-pointers in a 92-77 home win over Hartwick. He then contributed 17 points (on 7-for-8 shooting) with three more three-pointers in an 87-69 win over Stevens.
