In three games last week, Burgio averaged 23.3 points and 8 rebounds as the Golden Flyers improved to 8-4 overall. He had 22 points and eight rebounds in a non-conference loss at Hilbert Jan. 8. He contributed 22 points and seven rebounds in a home-court win over Alfred Jan. 12, then he combined 26 points with nine rebounds in a wn over Houghton Jan. 13. For the week, Burgio shot .644 (29-for-45) from the field and .750 (9-for-12) from the free-throw line.
